We hope you love what you ordered from Labrute ! For now, be aware that there's no refund for underwear ,socks and caps. For the clothing collection, you have 15 days from when you receive your order to exchange or return it. All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging (including stickers and hangtags).

You can start the process here. Please include your packing split with your return, in your package. Here are the steps:

1) Print and complete the form.

2) Pack the item and the form in the original bag or in a bag provided by the post office.

3) Go to the nearest post office and obtain the return label in mentioning the return address:

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact info@labrute.ca with your order number as well as a photo of the domages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of!

We do our best to help you in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors commited by UPS, FEDEX, DHL and/or addresses entered incorreclty at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damage/missing, it is the customer's responsability to follow up with the shipping service directly. Labrute is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing and/or undeliverable packages.
